	The use of sophisticated “nesting” software and CNC wood cutting equipment minimizes wood waste
	while maximizing yields
	Only renewable species are used for all solid wood components
	Renewable engineered hardwood is used for all internal wood components
	Wood pallets are reused or returned to suppliers
	All foam is Soy-Based and CFC and PBDE free
	Our suppliers cut all foam components to precise specifications. All foam is Soy-Based and CFC and PBDE free
	All foam scrap is recycled into other foam products
	Fabric is cut on an automated cutting machine, which ensures the most accurate yardage requirements
	and minimizes fabric waste
	All fabric scrap is recycled
	All leather scrap is recycled
	We seek out suppliers committed to sustainability
	Only HAPS free (hazardous air pollutants) lacquers are used
	HVLP (high volume low pressure) application of finishes reduces the amount of energy required as well
	as overspray
	Corrugated cartoning material is made from 100% recycled material
	All OSHA and EPA requirements are followed diligently
	A centralized dust collection system removes and collects wood dust from the air for proper disposal
	All unused finishing materials are removed by an independent company that is certified compliant with all
	local, state, and federal regulations
